My client a growing Construction company in New Jersey is seeking to add a PreConstruction Manager to their growing team. Candidates should have experience on Commercial, Industrial and Warehouse projects. Qualified candidates will have the following experience:
- Coordinate Infrastructure and Utilities
- Experience dealing with Owners and Stakeholders
- Experience with Planning, Zoning and state plan approvals in New Jersey
- Candidates must have experience using different technology including ProCore, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD etc.
