**Key Qualifications:**
- Strong self-starter and independent thinker, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in state and federal regulations, particularly with agencies like the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
- Proficient in technical writing, quality assurance, and proposal management.
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, Ecological Science, Environmental Policy, Geology, or relevant fields
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, including 3-4 years in project-related roles; familiarity with Texas ecosystems and regulations is a plus.
