Job Details:
Our Residential construction client in the Montgomery and Chester county areas has a need for an experienced Construction Foreman to join their team.
Skills:
- Proficient in vinyl and Hardie siding
- Window replacement including interior and exterior trim
- Update to date on all flashing details
- Familiar with deck building
- Ability to identify and repair roof leaks
- Experience crew leader for roofing, siding, or window installation
- Experience with training crew members
- Experience with client communications
Required :
Candidate must have all their own hand tools and small power tools. All specialty equipment will be provided.
