My client is a highly regarded MEP Consulting engineering firm internationally who seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer for their Philly office. What they are really seeking is a professional who directs members of the engineering team in order to develop engineering design solutions appropriate to the context, budget and aesthetic requirements of building projects. Analyze and understand the design intent in order to produce efficient and effective technical design solutions. Collaborates with other professional disciplines at a senior level to effect an integrated design approach. Provides mentorship to and leads the development of the electrical engineering team to meet the needs of project teams focused on a variety of building sectors including Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Educational and Healthcare.
