Job Details:
Our client is a well-known Real Estate development firm in Philadelphia that focuses on Real Estate Development, General Construction and Property Management. They are seeking a Construction Controller to oversee and lead the development financial operations for the company.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee all 3 entities (RE, Construction, & Property Management)
-Work with Construction Lenders
-Large monthly draws
-Budgeting, forecasting and analysis
-Maintain state registrations, business and tax licenses, etc.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 10 years development, real estate or construction accounting experience
-Management experience a plus
-Excellent analytical skills, ability to read, analyze and interpret reports, policies and financial statements.
