CONCRETE SUPERINTENDENT (FEDERAL PROJECTS)
Leading general contractor has an immediate opening for an experienced Superintendent for Federal project located in Charleston, SC. Responsibilities will be to plan, lead and coordinate subcontractors’ and/or craft employees’ work activities.
Qualified applicants should have 6 years’ experience with a general contractor on multi-million dollar construction projects and 3 years in a Superintendent position. Wide range of project background & Federal project experience preferred. Ability to lead and evaluate craft performance is essential. Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, engineering drawings and other documents. Working knowledge of computer system and various software required.
