Superintendent
Award winning heavy construction firm that specializes in the bridge/highway, subways, steel rehabilitation, and wastewater industries is looking for a hands on Superintendent.
Qualifications
- 5 plus years experience on NYSDOT, NYDOT, NJ Transit, NJDOT projects.
- Experience working for a construction firm that does subways, bridges, highways, concrete, wastewater, and transportation type projects.
- Excellent contacts and relations with agencies, subcontractors, suppliers, unions, etc.
- Prepare and process submittals.
- Schedule, coordinate, and track subcontractors.
- Experience with paving, concrete work, pavement stripping, etc.
- Assist in bidding, scheduling, and supervision of construction projects.
- Team player with good communication skills.
