Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Architecture Degree
- Experience working on healthcare projects a must.
- Registered in PA
- Can lead a team of 10-15 Project Architects & Designers in Healthcare Projects.
- 8-15+ plus+ years of experience working on hospital projects is 100% required.
- Can take a project from start to finish.
- Excellent client skills.
- Coordinate construction documents, schematic designs and design developments.
- Review shop drawings and project submittals for compliance.
- Strong communication skills.
