Water Resources Market Leader - Construction - Engineering
Salary - Depends on Experience
My client a National Construction firm operating around the US is seeking a Market Leader for their Water Resources Division. Candidates should have the following experience:
- Extensive experience in Water, Wastewater and Industrial Contruction
- Bachelors Degree in Construction or Engineering, Masters Degree is a plus
- Experience in annual planning, reviews and forecasting
- Responsible for cost controls and profitability of the Division
- Manage, Train and mentor personnel and identifying development opportunities
- Oversight in pre-planning, purchasing, manpower, costs, schedule, changes, and client satisfaction
