Maintenance Supervisor
One of the premier manufacturers in PA has an immediate need for a Maintenance Manager to run the show. If you are looking to work for a clean, laid back, and professional work environment, please read further to see if you are qualified.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience operating or managing a plant.
- Make sure product meets specifications and company standards.
- Manage Foreman on a daily basis.
- Achieve production goals to meet project schedules.
- Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
- Maintain production, schedules, and labor reporting.
- Experience with food/beverage is a plus.
- Must be a proven leader with outstanding people and communication skills.
