Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 Three (3) years of supervising skilled hourly operators in a large scale steel making operation including an EAF or BOF and secondary metallurgy
- Commitment to safety with demonstrable track record of safety
- Strong leadership skills including clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of steel making chemistries and competency in math
