Community Manager
My client is looking to add a Community Manager to its talented staff. The qualified candidate will have at least 3 years’ of community management and apartment leasing experience. This role will be in charge of managing operations and marketing of residential communities. The ideal candidate have experience with advertising, marketing, leasing and mentoring in a residential community setting. Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years of experience as a Community Manager or equivalent.
- Three or more years’ apartment leasing experience.
- Excellent customer service skills while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Passion and ability to succeed in a highly competitive apartment home market.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated experience in sales.
- Evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required.
