Industrial Maintenance Supervisor | Daylight (First Shift) | High Speed Manufacturing Experience Required
Permanent Maintenance Supervisor role has been newly created for an experienced supervisor or manager with strong experience leading high-performing maintenance teams in high-speed automated manufacturing environments like the food, otc pharmaceuticals or consumer packaged goods industries.
Minimum Requirements:
- Five or more years of supervisory experience of multi-craft industrial maintenance teams including mechanics and electricians with prior hands-on manufacturing maintenance background in
- Knowledge of PLC controlled automated industrial manufacturing lines with motors, drives, hydraulic and pneumatic systems is strongly desired
- Background developing maintenance personnel in a systematic manner and ability to motivate teams to hit their performance, reliability and budgetary goals
