Construction Superintendent
Our client is a Highly Reputable Construction Firm, specializing in the construction of warehouses, tilt-up, industrial & other commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced superintendent local to Long Island who is not opposed to traveling.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
- Several years of experience with warehouse & industrial construction projects
- Experience leading a construction crew
- Comfortable running ground up projects on their own
- Estimating and bidding experience
- Diligent in Safety procedures
- OSHA certified
- 10 Years of Civil Construction Project experience
