Architect-Design Manager
My client based in Austin, TX is seeking a person to head up the Design Department. This is a great opportunity to lead a team of Project Architects and Designers for one of the top firms in Texas.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree
- Registered in TX preferred.
- Ability to meet with clients.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Architect.
- Ability to manage a department of people.
- Experience working on commercial, assisted living, retail, interiors, etc.
- Ability to take a project from start to finish.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods and codes and regulations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
