Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Architecture
- 8-12 plus+ years of experience working on hospital projects is 100% required.
- Revit experience an absolute must.
- Can take a project from start to finish.
- Excellent client skills.
- Coordinate construction documents, schematic designs and design developments.
- Review shop drawings and project submittals for compliance.
- Graphic Rendering experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
