Director of Sales  

Automation Sales Systems Integration

The Director of Sales will have a proven business development background and experience selling solutions to customers. The Director of Sales will report directly to the President and will own the sales process. You will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. A solid background in Solutions Based Sales – Machine Vision Systems, Automation and Controls, Robotics Integration, PLC’s, Machine Controls, Track & Trace, Software Solutions, Engineering, etc.  

10 to 20 years’ experience with in-depth knowledge of industrial automation solutions, products, and services. Prospect, identify, develop and implement your own sales strategy to achieve objectives and goals.  

Industries - clients of every size in almost every industry including Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Food & Beverage, Packaging, Automotive, Electronics, Logistics, etc. We have worked with many OEMs to help make the machines state of the art in technology and performance, as well as end users to make their production lines produce products at the highest efficiencies and quality that can be achieved.

Technologies and partners – Cognex, Cognex’s InSight, VisionPro, and Designer platforms, DataMan industrial barcode readers and verifiers. Keyence, Machine Vision and BarcodeReading Systems, automation sensors, laser markers, measuring instruments, SICK, LMI Technologies, and Dalsa. Machine Vision Lighting and Lenses from Metaphase Technologies, Opto Engineering, Smart Vision Lights, Edmund Optics, Fujinon, and others. Robots as a Certified Integrators of Universal Robot and FANUC. PLCs, Motion Controllers, and HMIs from Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Beckhoff, Danaher Motion, Trio Motion, Red Lion, and AutomationDirect.

The territory is the Carolina's. North and South Carolina. You can live anywhere within Carolina's. Relocation candidates with the desire to live in the Carolina's will be considered.

The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels. Excellent presentation and communication skills. The ability to live in and/or around the Carolinas. Relocation candidates with the desire to live in the Carolinas will be considered.

Performance based compensation package includes salary and commissions based on personal performance $150,000+++.
