Senior Construction Project Engineer
Well respected firm in the Denver area seeks a Senior Project Manager with excellent client relation skills. The preferred candidate will have experience working on diverse projects such as : commercial, water/wastewater, federal and transportation.This is NOT a JR level role
Responsibilities :
- Client Relationships
- Attending board meetings
- Bidding, scheduling, and budgeting
- Punch Lists
- Estimating
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Great management skills
- Commitment to a team oriented environment
- Experience reading and interpreting plans
- Construction industry experience with both out of the ground and interior projects
- Strong design skills using AutoCAD/Civil 3D and microstation
- Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado
