Job Details:
My client is a highly regarded Architectural and Engineering firm in the Philadelphia region and nationally. They are seeking a Project Architect to get involved with commercial building projects. This Project Architect will work with senior members of the design team and provide direction to junior staff in order to develop design solutions appropriate to the context, budget and aesthetic requirements of architectural projects. You will collaborate with other professional disciplines and have opportunities to coordinate the design through all phases of the project using knowledge of detailing, building materials, building codes and construction technologies. Additional qualifications include:
- 5-10 years of architectural design experience
- B. Arch or educational equivalent
- Proficient in Revit, Sketch up, and AutoCAD
- Experience in Education and Commercial, a plus
- Licensed, or progressing towards licensure
