Responsibilities include:
- Preparing labor and material estimates based on architectural drawings
- Subcontractor communication
- Site visits and pre-bid meeting attendance
- Submitting pre-bid RFIs to architects
- Producing comprehensive bid proposals utilizing a collective of resources
- Producing bid proposals for constructions projects
- Quantity take-offs and the review of subcontractor proposals for preparation of bids
- Knowledge and Experience in Commercial Construction

- Experience and Proficiency with Quick-bid Software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ideal candidate must be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven
