Project Manager Architect with 10 plus years’ experience working on Healthcare projects.

Project Manager Architect working on Healthcare Projects. This person will manage all aspects of multiple small to mid-sized projects. Responsible for the coordination of all administrative and technical efforts on projects. Assures the most efficient and cost-effective execution. Estimates fees and determines scope of services with the PIC. Prepares work plans with the PIC. Manage client budgets, project scope and schedules. Manages all project financial performance indicators through Deltek.
Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion. Delivers projects at the expected profit margin. Advocates design for excellence with the client, fosters design goals. Executes quality control for the project plans. Technical proficiency in detailing and specification writing. Experience with complex building types in both new construction and renovation projects.
The ability to plan, organize, mentor, direct and evaluate work for others. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, with an emphasis on customer service, teamwork, communication, follow-through and accuracy.
Key words – Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture, Architect, Project Manager, Healthcare, Registered Architect, Revit skills are a plus.
