Electrical Controls Engineer
Premier manufacturer seeks:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry; preferably electrical engineering
- 2+ years of process controls engineering experience
- Ethernet Network, PLC, HMI and DCS configuration
- HMI process improvement
- Pulp & Paper, Metals & Mining, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Water/Wastewater, Oil & Gas experience
- AutoCAD
- Sensors, valves, switches, controllers, instrumentation
- Historical process database: OSI PI system
- PLC's, HMI's, VFD's, SCADA programming & design from scratch; Bailey, Honeywell, Rockwell/Allen Bradley & Yokagawa preferred
- Fisher Provox, Fisher Delta V and Moore APACS integrated with Intellutions HMI
- FactoryTalk, Wonderware, Modicon, Rockwell/Allen Bradley, RS Logix, Schneider Electric, Siemens, GE Fanuc & Machine Edition, Intellution, GE Cimplicity
- Maintain the organization’s DCS, QCS, PLC, OT plant floor PC hardware and software, data historian, and boiler CEM
- Motion control, calibrations, industrial communications, robotics
- DeviceNet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP
- PLC-5, ControlLogix 5000, HMI FactoryTalk
- Systems: Honeywell, Yokogawa, Bailey, Rockwell Automation
- Pulp & Paper, Metals & Mining, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Water/Wastewater, Oil & Gas background
- Process Instrumentation and Motor Control
- Allen Bradley screens/panels
- Great oral and written skills
