- Expertise in design team leadership across various engineering disciplines.
- Skilled in integration and programming: PLC, DCS, RTU, HMI/SCADA.
- Strong communication skills for proposal preparation and presentations.
- Ability to mentor teams and provide clear direction for project execution.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budget and report analysis.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experienced in proposal development and project estimation.
