A growing technology company is seeking a Software Client Support Manager to manage their client software support team. This is a full time permanent position offering tons of room for growth. Qualified candidates will have most of the following experience:
Responsibilities and duties:
- Manage and build a team to handle all customer related support issues
- Own escalation management and resolution
- Monitor, track, and report on support ticket statuses and make recommendations for improvement of product and processes
- Manage training of team
Requirements:
- Software Client Support management at a technology company delivering services in a SaaS model
- Strong experience managing client support teams
- A strong customer focus and strategic skills
- Extensive trouble shooting skills
