IT Business Analyst
Our clients is seeking a Business Analyst in their Wilmington office. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a growing, progressive company. The candidate will be working with different business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical details with the IT team.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- 3+ years experience gathering requirements
- Experience working with Finance and HR teams
- Ability to translate technical terms
- Workday experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have the ability to work in the US without sponsorship
