Industry Leading high-end residential construction general contractor/construction manager is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for an immediate opening in their firm.
Job Requirements
• Ideal candidates should possess hands-on project / construction management experience on high-end residential construction projects.
• Previous high-end residential construction project experience is desired.
• Experience with construction administration processes, project development, and coordinating with internal and external clients is essential.
• Ability to review and update project budget, schedules, and reports is required.
• Strong communication, writing, and computer skills are essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related Engineering discipline is preferred.
