- 2+ years experience in the commercial construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Preferred project experience: mixed commercial, industrial, labs, institutional, retail, etc.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, reading blueprints, coordinating personnel, materials, site safety.
- Work in a team environment with excellent communication skills.
