Service Manager - HVAC, BAS, Technician 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • The Service Manager position is responsible for overseeing service technicians 
  • This position requires the service manager to provide technical support/assistance and quality assurance to all field personnel while ensuring that quality work is completed in the field.
  • The Service Manager will also be expected to evaluate workload and schedule service in a way that utilizes manpower and maximizes profits and efficiency.
  • Effective communication is paramount to this position.
  • Additional responsibilities of the Service Manager position are listed below:
  • Oversee daily service schedules
  • Facilitate weekly safety/training meetings
  • Evaluate workload and schedule service in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits and efficiency
  • Provide solutions for troubled stores receiving several service calls
  • timely and accurately generate reports that measure departmental operations
  • Provide feedback on inventory changes as needed in order to increase service call efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of all types to be reviewed with management
  • Effectively communicate with dispatcher and upper management
  • Resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction
