Service Manager - HVAC, BAS, Technician
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- The Service Manager position is responsible for overseeing service technicians
- This position requires the service manager to provide technical support/assistance and quality assurance to all field personnel while ensuring that quality work is completed in the field.
- The Service Manager will also be expected to evaluate workload and schedule service in a way that utilizes manpower and maximizes profits and efficiency.
- Effective communication is paramount to this position.
- Additional responsibilities of the Service Manager position are listed below:
- Oversee daily service schedules
- Facilitate weekly safety/training meetings
- Evaluate workload and schedule service in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits and efficiency
- Provide solutions for troubled stores receiving several service calls
- timely and accurately generate reports that measure departmental operations
- Provide feedback on inventory changes as needed in order to increase service call efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of all types to be reviewed with management
- Effectively communicate with dispatcher and upper management
- Resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction
