Telecommunication Specialist
Our client is looking for 3 Telecommunication Specialists with healthcare experience. We have one day, one evening and one night shift available.
Successful candidates will:
• Mentor Telecommunications Operators, not supervise them.
• Bachelors’ degree is required
• Minimum 5 years of Call Center exp
• Familiar with Healthcare industry
• Must have exp with critical code communications (Code Blue, Pink, etc) and HIPAA laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of Erlang principals.
• Strong excel skills. Candidates will be tested.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Avaya, Nortel telephone equipment.
• Epic, Everbridge, Xtend PC and software, Internal Paging System and Backup paging terminal, US Mobility and Internal Paging System, Hospital Information System, TDD Phone and equipment, various alarm panels and monitors, Fax machine, Power Failure phones, Microphone, 2-Way Radio, Overhead paging equipment, SPOK.com
