Job Details:
Project Architect - Project Management healthcare experience.
Manages all phases of a project with demonstrated technical expertise on projects of various scales and complexities.
Supervise small to large teams, produces, delegates and coordinates the work.
Reviews and approves the work of all internal and external team members.
Provides final review and approvals of all code analysis, material selections, and specifications.
Oversee construction document production and management of BIM model.
Attends client meetings and regularly interfaces with clients and consultants.
Coordinates with Project Managers on a regular basis to ensure projects are executed according to work-plans.
Suggests modifications to the work-plans when necessary.
Understands the required scope of work and is accountable for the team’s execution.
Design of excellence and encourages team members and consultants to keep the design as a priority.
Implements methods for improving the quality of documentation to mitigate risk.
Bachelors and/or Masters in Architecture.
2 plus years’ experience working on Healthcare Projects.
Construction Administration experience.
Registered architect with experience in NYC.
Revit and AutoCAD experience.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Rhino, 3D Max and Photoshop
Key words – Project Architecture, Project Management, and Healthcare Projects experience. Registered in Architecture, Revit for BIM is highly desired.
