REQUIREMENTS:
- Seven or more years of CAPEX project management along with equipment design, modeling fabrication and commissioning.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Mechanical is preferred, but experience is key.
- Practical experience using FMEA and mechanical risk analysis for increasing industrial complexes and / or building new manufacturing factories and facilities.
- Experience managing large capital projects in large manufacturing plants like primary steel mills or structural steel fabrication operations, oil refineries, shipyards is very helpful.
- Prior background managing capital projects (CAPEX) budgets.
- Background choosing and managing vendors such as fabrication shops and OEMs.
- Permanent US Residency or Citizenship Needed.
