Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Candidate must have a possess a New Jersey Professional Planner License (PP).
- Experience overseeing master plans, housing plans, land use reports, and zoning ordinances.
- Experience working for a Civil Firm that specializes in land development/site design.
- Experience with urban design plans.
- Knowledge of New Jersey planning and environmental statutes.
- Good written and communication skills.
