Job Details:
Our client located in Conshohocken, Pa is looking for a Software Implementation Analyst to set up and maintain their software product implementation. This position does require some travel. You must have 2 years plus experience.
Necessary Skills
Optimize software database structures for customer implementations
Troubleshoot software, hardware and some networking issues
Ability to create online training modules
Excellent ability to follow-up on service cycles
Change Management and Implementation skills
Hard Skills
Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 years’ experience in an IT preferred
Computer Hardware Knowledge preferred
