Job Details:
We are seeking an Operations/Service Manager. Applicants should have a strong administrative background as well as a thorough understanding of glass and hardware for residential and light commercial applications. This individual would be responsible for tracking incoming leads, scheduling, assessing/measuring, quoting, overseeing the completion of the work, and any further follow-up with the customer that may be necessary. The Operations/Service Manager would also be responsible for fielding emergency calls from our client database.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong knowledge and experience with the following:
- Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- General Computer Proficiency
- Glazing experience for both residential and commercial properties
- Thorough knowledge of hardware for both residential and commercial applications
- Organized and Efficient
- Able to lead and train a team of technicians
- Able to prioritize customers’ needs and concerns
