Siemens Controls Systems Engineer
Experience with Siemens S7 PLC Systems, GE iFIX.
You will be working alongside an engineering team to maintain the manufacturing process of Siemens PLC Systems. You will be involved in operational support, projects, developing functional specifications, providing hardware and software support. Configuring client server applications, process automation, providing control system startup services, troubleshooting existing control systems. Automation Controls Engineering, Systems Integration, PLC Code, Siemens S7 PLC, GE iFIX, systems integration experience with Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Pharma, etc. Batch industry experience.
Read and understand piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s). Read and understand control system electrical drawings. Siemens PLC systems experience and the ability to read and understand PLC code. Read and understand system life cycle documents such as the User Requirements Specification (URS), Functional Specification (FS), and Software Design Specification (SDS). Familiarity with equipment used in Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Pharma, etc. facilities such as Bioreactors, Mixing Tanks, Filtration Systems, Clean Utilities, and CIP is a plus. Knowledge of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GaMP). Knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP). Proficiency with Siemens S7 PLC systems and GE iFIX.
Proficiency in troubleshooting control systems and an understanding of process controls. Strong leadership skills, excellent presentation and communication skills.

B.S. Engineering and/or other technical degree or work experience.
