Highway Engineer-Project Manager
Job Description and Duties:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- PE License in PA.
- Can take a project from start to finish.
- Business development experience.
- 10-25+ years’ experience working as a Highway Engineer for a Consulting Firm.
- 5+ years of experience working on PENNDOT projects.
- Experience with design, transportation studies, and county and municipal projects.
- Experience with highway quality control, contract negotiations, cost control, and meetings.
