IT Support Engineer 2 (Application Support)
Global leader out of NYC is seeking an IT Support Engineer 2 (Application Support) to support the team internally. Qualified candidates will have similar experience to the following:
- Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years help/service desk support experience.
- Shift is 12pm - 8pm
- Very knowledgeable support on desktop level, troubleshooting printers/OS issues, network connectivity on devices.
- Candidate should be familiar with command line tools to help troubleshoot these issues.
- Application Support experience
- Active Directory experience required
- Hardware/Software and End User Support
- Basic LAN/WAN knowledge/experience
- Must have good communication skills to be able to speak technically
- Certifications are a plus (Network +, A+, etc)
- Windows, Exchange
- Must be vaccinated and boosted
