Our DevOps Engineers get to build one-of-a-kind, cutting edge solutions.
Automation: Deployments should be solidly reliable and repeatable. Knowledge of tools like Powershell, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet is critical to achieving this goal. If you enjoy writing programmatic solutions to reduce turnaround time and your own workload, this team is what you are looking for.
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Windows Resources and Services, Scaling, Load Balancing, CDNs, Networking etc.
• Experience automating and orchestrating workloads on Windows
• Experience in scripting specifically PowerShell and Bash.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience working with at least one of the following languages: C#, Json, Python
• Proficient leveraging tools to automate testing and deployment
• Strong Windows skills
• Knowledge of databases (SQL Server and MySQL)
• Working knowledge of Backup and Recovery methodology and implementations
• Knowledge of supported network appliances and related solutions is preferred. F5, Cisco, Palo Alto etc.
• Good knowledge of application development using DevOps best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate both technical issues to nontechnical and technical audiences
• Effective with time management and expected deliverables
• An ability to multi-task and work on multiple concurrent projects
Experience / Education:
• BS Degree prefer STEM
• 2+ years experience as a DevOps engineer
• 5 - 7 years of relevant technical experience required, including a minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in migration, implementation, and production management.
