Job Details:
Project Coordinator – Admin
- Must have attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with general or mechanical contracting or HVAC equipment sales preferred.
- Monitor project costs and make adjustment to deliver at or under budget without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
- Provides executive support for sales management and marketing functions.
- Administration and management of equipment projects including coordination with multiple vendors and customers.
- Creates and manages vendor orders to meet customer requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred,
