Hardware Support Specialist - Professional services industry experience is a plus!
My client has a full time opening for an up and coming Hardware Support Specialist with 1-4 years experience. This role is open due to company growth. They have a fantastic work environment and great benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
Hardware troubleshooting experience
Maintain desktops, laptops, smartphones, printers, tablets etc
Maintain support for 175+ computers
Software installation and support
Work with technology vendors
Microsoft office experience (Excel, Outlook etc)
Software installation experience
Knowledge of PCs, peripherals and Windows and mobile device operating systems
Active Directory and VOIP exp is a plus
Cloud / Virtualization experience is a plus
