Job Summary: This position is responsible for the application support. The Specialist provides procedural assistance to end users on a variety of applications. Researches, resolves, responds to and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Provides support for the end user training. This position supports implantation and ongoing maintenance. This position may take responsibility for other duties as assigned.

Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:
• Must have 1-2 years of work experience in application support
• Experience in training support to effectively transfer knowledge to the end user.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
• Skills of intermediate level use of MS Office to include SQL,Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Analytical skills to identify problems and offer solutions
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform assessment of users' needs and develop and implement solutions
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to establish and build strong relationships across a broad range of personality types
• Ability to work evenings and weekends in order to meet deadlines.
