HR Support Specialist
My client is looking for a Human Resources Support Specialist to join its HR Team.
Job responsibilities include:
• Data entry into HRIS system.
• Processes changes in HRIS including transfers, salary changes, etc.
• On-boarding and background checks.
• Conduct new hire orientation.
• HR related duties/projects.
• Assist in auditing HR functions and analyzing results.
• Interact daily with management and employees.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or similar work experience
• 2+ yrs of HR support experience
• Familiarity MS Office and Google Apps
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Report creation/presentation skills
• Ability to make sound independent decisions
• Effective organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
