Application Support Specialist- Rockville, MD
Our client located in Rockville, MD is seeking a Tier I/Tier II Application Support Specialist. This person will be responsible for supporting in-house applications to business users. They will be responsible for answering technical questions, troubleshooting issues and maintaining the systems.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience in an application support role
- Understanding of Web Based applications including HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS
- Strong understanding of Windows infrastructure and database administration
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Self-starter
- Ability to work in the US without being sponsored
