Support Engineer
Support Engineer you'll be responsible for quickly solving faults and other issues on our customers' systems.
You'll trace and correct incidents (incident management).
Carry out a quick fixex if a problem can't be solved on-the-spot.
After production restoration, prepare and implement a permanent solution (problem management).
Perform health checks and advises on modifications to operational systems are also part of your core tasks.
Prepare, implement and test the agreed changes.
Visit our customers worldwide occasionally.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience commissioning, installing and/or debugging of PLCs
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or technical related degree
