**Key Qualifications:**
- High School diploma or GED, with 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professional demeanor.
- Excellent customer service and public relations skills.
- Experience with Concur software is a plus.
- Comfortable using office equipment such as computers, calculators, and copiers.
As the Office Coordinator, you will handle essential office tasks, manage vendor relationships, and support both administrative and procurement activities.
