Senior Software Engineer ITSM/ServiceNow
Our client located in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Senior ITSM Software Engineer with a strong background in ServiceNow to develop and maintain the IT ServiceNow IT Service Management System. This person will be responsible for the troubleshooting and resolving business issues as well as providing expertise in software configuration and customization.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience working in design and development of ITSM software solutions
- Recent experience with ServiceNow platform including Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management Modules.
- Understanding and hands on experience with XML, HTML, JavaScript and Webservices
- Certified ITIL
- Certified ServiceNow Developer preferred
- Full SDLC experience
- Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL and other similar technologies
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder
