VALIDATION ENGINEER
This position is responsible for the planning, execution, tracking, and reporting on Validation and Qualification projects. Validation activities include, but are not limited to, Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Automation Validation, Computer Validation and Software Validation. This position will also have responsibility for Equipment Qualifications. Provide leadership for processes and product manufacturing, which includes all aspects of support for process control, validation, and testing to maintain compliant product.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects through the management of cross-departmental teams to ensure the overall success of a Validation & Qualification project/program. Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure project goals are met
Provide Validation/Qualification guidance and support for the design and operation of company’s proprietary equipment across all platforms
Generation and execution of and/or technical review of various GMP documents. These documents include, but are not limited to, validation protocols, validation reports, user requirements, equipment specifications, deviations, and change controls
Develop validation documentation including but not limited to Commissioning, Performance Test, Summary Report, Engineering Studies, etc.
Perform risk analysis and assure appropriate parameters are evaluated with the required statistical approach to associated testing for justification and support of critical process parameters and quality attributes
Provide guidance to process engineers for sampling and testing as needed for protocols
Generation and execution of re-verification protocols and/or periodic review activities to ensure critical equipment/systems are maintained in a validated state
