CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (BOSTON, MA)
Established leader in the commercial construction industry is actively looking to add an accomplished Project Manager to their growing team. The candidate must have construction management or related engineering degree and at least 7-10 years of construction project management experience working on multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects. Candidate should have all the skills needed for this position and be ready to step in and immediately take an active role building great projects.
Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Prepare preliminary estimates during the design phase.
Prepare Project Specifications and Subcontract Scopes of Work.
Prepare project budget.
Prepare bid packages and solicit bids.
Receive and analyze bids and negotiate based on budget and scope.
Identify prime desired subcontractors.
Establish and maintain buyout schedule.
Draft purchase orders and change orders.
Manage and maintain construction quality while adhering to project budget.
Manage and maintain construction schedule in MS Project.
Manage shop drawings and submittals.
Maintain record of field work orders and change orders and their impact on budget and schedule.
Prepare and maintain memos and minutes for meetings associated with projects.
Experience in utilizing Procore construction management program, a plus.
