Job Details:
My client is a well respected union electrical contractor in NYC who is looking to use a project they have developed near Albany to roll it out into an office there for the long term. Power, substation and large industrial experience a plus. Experience with local contacts and clients a major plus.
Responsibilities
Direct and manage all aspects of projects including Estimating, Management, Engineering and Technical Services.
Act as the primary point of contact with clients, managing the client relationships, nurturing emerging business opportunities; analyzing the market, targeting, and securing future projects.
Manage construction support services, scope, schedule, safety, cost and quality.
Analyze and resolve issues that arise within project execution.
Qualifications
10+ years of electrical construction experience
Estimating Skills
Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, presentation, and analytical skills a necessity
A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
