PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER
An industry leader based in Virginia is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager with a BSME and experience in a heavy manufacturing environment. This is an urgent need!
Responsibilities include the following:
- Managing plant maintenance in a production environment.
- Leading and overseeing preventative maintenance projects.
- Managing department personnel (maintenance, engineers, technicians).
- Assisting with the management of plant EHS programs.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- Several years of experience in a leadership/ management role in a manufacturing environment.
- A background in heavy industrial manufacturing.
- Very strong communications skills (written & verbal) and management skills.
- Experience with preventative maintenance projects, CMMS, PLC systems, mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance.
